The Community Trade Mark is now called the European Union Trade Mark

On March 23, 2016 the changes to the previous Community Trade Mark directives entered into force. These changes include not only the change of the designation of the Community Trade Mark to European Union Trade Mark but also the change of the name of the Office, which is now called the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
The changes also concern the fee structure, in particular the adoption of a system of one fee per class.
We will gladly advise you individually with respect to the changes and effects of the new European Union Trade Mark directives.
